The meetings will be held at the Radisson Plaza Hotel in Minneapolis. The Radisson is a four-star hotel located at 35 South Seventh Street, in the heart of downtown, just steps away from dining, shopping, and entertainment.

1. Complete Check-In Date and Check-Out Date fields.
2. Indicate the number of rooms and individuals.
3. Select Rate Type as "Lowest available rate."
4. Leave the Corporate Account ID field blank.
5. Leave the Promotional Code field with the text entered.
6. Leave the Travel Agent ID field blank.
7. Click on the Find Rates button.
8. Select the Room Type for your stay. (e.g., $170 rate).
