challenging the system |
If you believe an exam question is unfair or inaccurate, you may challenge this question by email. Email Jessica Shryack, the Coordinator, at jshryack@umn.edu with the following:
- your name, Psych 1001, section #, and ID#;
- the exam number, form (A or B), and question number you are challenging;
- why you think the question is unfair or inaccurate; i.e., why you think the designated correct answer was not the MOST correct answer
- page(s) and paragraph(s) in the readings or statements in your class notes containing information that contradicts that contained in the question/answer, and why the answer you chose was MORE correct then the designated correct answer.
To receive consideration, you must email Jessica Schryack within 24 hours of when the exam key is are posted. You may or may not receive an individual response, depending on the number of challenges generated by an exam. On occasion, answers will be sent out to the entire class. Feel free to come to her office hours as well to discuss problem items.
