Welcome to the Leadership Lab!
The Leadership Lab is an organizational research laboratory, created to promote collaboration between university researchers and work organizations for the purpose of developing leaders and leadership capacity in organizations.
The primary focus of the Leadership Lab is leadership development and effectiveness. Services offered through the Leadership Lab include:

Because the Leadership Lab provides services in conjunction with University research, organizations gain access to state of the art leadership thinking at below market rates.
