Welcome! This website will provide you with
an overview of my research and current projects, a list of selected
publications, as well as the opportunity to download reprints and access some
recently presented papers. Most of the research that I conduct falls under one or more of the following categories:

work behaviors (2) Personality measurement in
industrial psychology (3) Personnel selection and
staffing (4) International- &
cross-cultural industrial psychology (5) Psychometric meta-analysis
& applied methodology In my applied
work, I help both private and public sector organizations design and
implement selection and staffing systems. Most recently, I have aided the
State of California revise its psychological evaluation guidelines used in
the selection of law enforcement personnel and some Fortune 500 companies
establish personality assessment systems for identifying managers and top
