APA Engagement Awards

In 2006, The Department of Psychology received an American Psychological Association (APA) Culture of Service Award. The Department has used the accompanying cash award to initiate the APA Engagment Awards for Psychology undergraduate majors. The goal is to encourage students to engage in activities linking their psychology studies with outreach and public engagement by providing financial support to those participating in learning experiences beyond the classroom.
