What to do:
- Bring the following materials to 105 Elliott Hall. Return after
one week to pick up your materials and learn the outcome of your
evaluation. Materials not picked up within one semester will be
destroyed.
- Call 612.625.8520 or e-mail psyadvis@umn.edu if you have questions.
Required materials to complete a course evaluation:
- Syllabus from the course with weekly or daily topics lists. (If your syllabus lists only chapters from your textbook, not topics, please include a photocopy of the table of contents from your textbook.)
- Unofficial transcript or transfer credit evaluation sheet from CLA
- Helpful materials: Class notes, textbooks, papers or other assignments
